For units that are out of warranty, we have an authorized service provider.

1. Electric Innovations will replace your DryGuyDG1 powerheads with a refurbished/reconditioned unit for a fee of $30.00- $25.00 (service) plus $5.00 (shipping/handling)
2. Remove powerhead from DryGuy, Sweet 16 or LongRanger base, wrap and box it Please include a brief description of the problem.
3. Include return shipping address, check/money order for $30.00
   (Payable to Eric Ferguson/ Electric Innovations)
4. Replacement unit will be shipped out within 24 hours
